Comic Fans: Mark Your Calendars!

As part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month every year, Excalibur Comics in Portland hosts Wonder Woman Day as a benefit for local domestic violence agencies.

This year's day honoring all things Wonder Woman will be held on Sunday, October 26th from 12:00 - 6:00.

The best part? It's free! Even better? You can purchase original Wonder Woman art in the silent auction, get your caricature drawn by Steve Dorris, or get a *free* print signed by famous comic artists like Adam Hughes, Allison Sohn, Gail Simone and Aaron Lopresti. If you're one for a photo op, real live heroines will be on-site to pose with you for a memorable photo.

Wonder Woman Day benefits Raphael House, Bradley-Angle House, and of course PWCL. I hope you'll come out with me to celebrate the wonder women in your life as well as support a few of the amazing domestic violence agencies in Portland.

Excalibur Comics is located at 2444 SE Hawthorne Blvd. in Portland.

Can't make it? Join us at another benefit for PWCL - Super Queer: A Lusty Fun Xtravaganza at Berbati's Pan on Nov. 1st. More info to come soon!
